Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For items purchased during promotional periods or using discount codes, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. Any promotional value or discount applied to your original purchase cannot be refunded or transferred.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as some processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at the information provided below. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

In cases where a refund is processed but not received, we may require additional verification information to ensure the security of your financial data and to properly trace the transaction. Please have your original order details and payment confirmation ready when contacting us about missing refunds.
